The project team currently plans for the property to encompass a destination resort hotel, boutique hotel, resort villas, resort style golf course (or short “fun” course) with commanding views of the Bay of La Paz and surrounding mountains, 20 to 25 neighborhoods totaling over 1,400 estate, single family, and condominium lots around the golf course and along the coastline.
